![]() ![]() ![]() The core of my solution is a simple Password Manager called pash. Finally, if I create a new password on one computer, I want to be able to replicate it to all of my computers. Secondly, I do not want my passwords to leave my local network. The motivation for me is at any given time, when I'm prompted for a password, I want to have a quick and convenient way to retrieve it, regardless of which computer and OS I happen to be on. I use all 3 kind of computers Linux, Mac and Windows. Before I go on, I'd recommend you would consider those solutions as well.īut those solutions do not meet the requirements for my use case. Then there's also KeePass which I think is only a desktop application. KeePass is an open source password manager which secures passwords in a database locked with a master password or key file. This covers all kind of users: novices, experienced and power users. The main goal is to offer a simple UI while integrating deeply into KeePass. One of the free ones I like the most is BitWarden. KeeAnywhere is a KeePass plugin that provides access to cloud storage providers (cloud drives) like Amazon AWS S3, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, HiDrive, hubiC or OneDrive. There are many cloud-based Password Manager solutions, free and paid. ![]()
